The Needle is an ambitious start-up company who likes to hire sales people who understand technology, love closing deals and love making commission. You have to want to get out there and make it happen.
As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business for The Needle within your territory, selling our core video interview application and services. Your target market will be companies who typically have a minimum hire of 100 positions per annum and buyers will be recruitment process owners within those companies, who include HR, recruitment, resourcing and talent management professionals.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for managing your own diary, scheduling, market research and lead generation, keeping in regular contact via email, telephone or video, keeping your Directors informed of your progress. You must be motivated to achieve financial targets and very well organised.
The Needle gets involved in networking events, exhibitions and face to face interaction with customers so you will need to be a confident communicator and at ease with interaction in a variety of different environments.
We are looking for technology fans who also understand the recruitment process. Some experience in a recruitment role would be advantageous but not essential. You’ll have a professional outlook, but also enjoy having a bit of fun!
