The Needle makes starting your first video interview campaign easy and cost effective. Choose from one of our monthly plans to get going, then you can move from plan to plan throughout the year. You can even put your account on hold if you are having a quiet spell from recruitment. Read our FAQs on how our pricing structure works.

Your video interview invitations do not expire even after you put your account on hold. You can continue to use your account as per normal until your invitations run out.

With a recruiter account, your video interviews are stored indefinitely and you can access and view them via your account at any time. 

Entry, Pro and Expert accounts carry a one month minimum sign up period. Enterprise user sign up period is 12 months.

Both account holders and candidates get access to The Needle support, online, by e-mail and by telephone. Our Knowledge Hub is available 24/7, e-mail support on support@theneedleonline.com is from 08:00 - 20:00 weekdays, and telephone support on +44 (0)845 868 0100 is 09:00 - 17:00 weekdays.

As your invitations do not expire, they simply carry over to the following month. This is the case whether you continue to with your monthly subscription or put your account on hold.

You don't need to cancel, just put your account on hold. Send an email to sales@theneedleonline.com before the end of the current month of use if you wish to stop your monthly subscription. Remember, you will still be able to use the the remaining credits even if you have put your account on hold.

You will be billed immediately on the day you open your account. We'll load your first credits to your account at the same time. Thereafter you'll be billed on the same day of each consecutive month and your credits will be loaded.

When you set up your account, The Needle will create an invoice for you, subject to normal business credit checks. You can then pay by electronic bank transfer or via PayPal's credit card system. You just need to let us know how you would like to be billed!

Your account is accessible even after you put your monthly subscriptions on hold. You will still be able to build jobs, invite candidates and build short lists as long as you have invitations left. If you don't have any invitations left but decide you want to activate a pricing plan again, just give us a call on +44 845 868 0100 or send us an email to sales@theneedleonline.com and we will reactivate a plan of your choice.

Your subscription starts on the day you confirm you would like to buy. We will load your monthly subscription quota and send you the bill. Then you will be billed on the same day of each consecutive month thereafter.

You can simply call us on +44 845 8680100 or send an email to sales@theneedleonline.com and upgrade to the next package. If it's close to the end of your subscription month, you might choose to simply wait until the first day of the next month when your new invitations are automatically loaded.

With The Needle, your account is always accessible. If you want to put your subscription on hold due to a low period of activity in the year, you can do so by emailing us at sales@theneedleonline.com and tell us what you would like to do. 

No problem, just email us at support@theneedleonline.com and tell us what you would like to do. Please note however, we do not issue refunds for partly used video invitation credits.

Each person responsible for running video campaigns will need to sign up for an Operator account. An example of this might be that the company has three recruiters in their team but only two people are responsible for running video campaigns so they will need to open up two Operator accounts.
